On Saturday, September 27, 2025<\/strong>, the Welcome Ceremony<\/strong> for the new postgraduate students of the Executive MBA Program<\/strong> of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA)<\/strong> for the academic year 2025\u20132026<\/strong> took place at the Vassilis and Marina Theocharakis Foundation Amphitheatre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was opened by Professor Nikolaos Eriotis<\/strong>, Dean of the School of Economics and Political Sciences<\/strong> and Director of the Executive MBA Program<\/strong>, who warmly welcomed the new students.
In his address, he referred to the mission and vision<\/strong> of the Executive MBA, the academic excellence<\/strong> of NKUA, and the academic and professional development opportunities<\/strong> the program offers to its participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following his remarks, Professor Dimitrios Thomakos<\/strong>, Chair of the Department of Business Administration and Organizations<\/strong>, delivered a greeting, highlighting the achievements of the Department, the School, and the University, as reflected in international university rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subsequently, Professor Dimitrios Vasiliou<\/strong> presented the structure of the Program<\/strong>, the curriculum<\/strong>, and the academic activities<\/strong>, providing practical information and clarifications regarding attendance, the use of eClass<\/strong>, and the opportunities for advancement offered through the Executive MBA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event concluded with an interactive discussion<\/strong>, during which students posed questions about the teaching methodology<\/strong>, the organization of studies<\/strong>, and the program\u2019s learning activities<\/strong>. Faculty members provided detailed answers and guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the ceremony, students had the opportunity to meet and engage informally with faculty members and fellow participants in a friendly atmosphere at the Merlin Caf\u00e9<\/strong> of the Vassilis and Marina Theocharakis Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony marked the beginning of a demanding yet rewarding journey<\/strong> of personal and professional growth for all participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
