She also holds a Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, she earned her Master&#8217;s in &#8220;Marketing and Communication with New Technologies&#8221; from the Department of Marketing and Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her undergraduate degree is from the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the Faculty of Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Eugenia Pavlakou is a postdoctoral researcher and scientific collaborator at the Department of Marketing and Communication at the Athens University of Economics and Business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2018, she has actively participated in the administrative design and teaching of courses in Business Administration and Human Resource Management (HRM) for international universities (University of Greenwich, University of Bolton, Universit\u00e9 Toulouse 1 Capitole) via educational institutions offering their programs in Greece, in English or Greek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was recognized with the Teaching Excellence award for achieving the highest student evaluation scores in her department for the academic year 2021-2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is a certified adult educator by the National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance (EOPPEP), enabling her to participate as a trainer in numerous co-financed programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her research focuses on HRM, employer branding, marketing, and business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her work has been presented at international academic conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, she is involved in various research projects exploring best practices in HRM, marketing, targeted educational interventions, innovation, and business performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, apart from her academic career, Dr. Eugenia Pavlakou has extensive professional experience in employee training, customer service, and project management, including European projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Recent Publications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pavlakou, E., &amp; Panayotopoulou, L.
