Online Course – Executive Leadership Lab
Executive Leadership Lab: Leadership, Collaboration & Coaching in Action
A live, hands-on leadership lab for all students and alumni of the Executive MBA of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).
Over the course of one semester, through interactive online sessions, we actively develop leadership, collaboration, and coaching skills—while strengthening the Executive MBA Network.
Format & Structure
- Duration: 1 semester, 4–5 sessions (with the possibility to extend into a second semester depending on interest)
- Mode of Delivery: 100% online, via an eClass platform
- Day & Time: Weekday evenings (indicatively 18:00 – 20:00). The exact schedule is finalized each time.
- Academic Status: Conducted independently of the core Executive MBA curriculum (non-credit), does not lead to a degree or certificate, and is offered solely to enrich participants’ knowledge
- Strategic Positioning: An expansion of the Executive MBA Business Events under the umbrella of the Executive MBA Network
