Online Course – Principles of Corporate Finance

The Executive MBA offers, for the academic year 2025–2026, an online educational course titled “Principles of Corporate Finance.”

This course is offered free of charge and on a voluntary basis, following the method of asynchronous distance learning, so you can attend it at any time you wish — day or night, seven days a week.

The course is not part of the official curriculum of the Executive MBA, does not lead to a degree or certificate of attendance, but is provided exclusively to enhance and expand your knowledge.

It is organized into weekly modules (“study weeks”), aiming at a gradual and easily comprehensible presentation of the educational material.

By selecting each module, you can study the written content, watch the recommended audiovisual material (video), and explore online links to deepen your understanding of the subject.

To attend the “Principles of Corporate Finance” course, the only thing you need to do is register on the course’s eClass platform.
