Dr. Eleftherios Angelopoulos is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Patras, specializing in Accounting.

He teaches courses in financial accounting, managerial accounting, and tax accounting at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Dr. Angelopoulos completed his postgraduate studies at Cass Business School, City University London, and earned his Ph.D. in Accounting from the Department of Business Administration at the University of Patras.

He has extensive professional experience, having worked for several years in a Greek systemic bank, holding various managerial positions.

His research has been published in prestigious international scientific journals such as the European Journal of Operational Research, Accounting Forum, and the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy. Additionally, his academic work has been presented at the annual conferences of the European Accounting Association (EAA).

He has authored three academic books in the fields of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and banking analysis and finance.

At the postgraduate level, he also teaches as adjunct faculty at the University of Piraeus and the Hellenic Open University (HOU).
