Vera Lazanaki holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology and Behavior from the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB).
She also holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from AUEB and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Her research interests focus on employee psychology, particularly well-being and workplace stress.
She teaches courses in organizational behavior and human resource management at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, AUEB, and Metropolitan College in Athens, as well as to business professionals.
Additionally, she supervises dissertations for the Global HRM MSc program at the University of Portsmouth.
She participates in EU-funded organizational psychology programs and is a member of the volunteer group Job-Pairs.
