Η Ναταλία Χατζηφώτη είναι Επίκουρη Καθηγήτρια στο Τμήμα Τουριστικών Σπουδών του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς με γνωστικό αντικείμενο: Διαχείριση Γνώσης, Διαχείριση Καινοτομίας και Οικονομοτεχνική Ανάλυση.

Είναι Διδάκτωρ Οργάνωσης και Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων του Πανεπιστημίου Πειραιώς, κάτοχος MBA στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων – Ολική Ποιότητα και πτυχιούχος Γεωλογίας του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

Διαθέτει πολυετή ακαδημαϊκή και ερευνητική εμπειρία, με διδασκαλία σε προπτυχιακό και μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο, επίβλεψη μεταπτυχιακών διπλωματικών εργασιών και συμμετοχή σε πολλά ερευνητικά έργα. Το επιστημονικό της έργο περιλαμβάνει δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά, ανακοινώσεις σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια και κεφάλαια σε συλλογικούς τόμους.

Παράλληλα, διαθέτει περισσότερα από 20 χρόνια επαγγελματικής και διοικητικής εμπειρίας, έχοντας αναλάβει θέσεις ευθύνης στο σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση σημαντικών επιστημονικών, ερευνητικών και εκπαιδευτικών πρωτοβουλιών.

Τα ερευνητικά της ενδιαφέροντα εστιάζουν στη Διαχείριση Γνώσης και Καινοτομίας, την Οικονομοτεχνική Ανάλυση, την Έρευνα & Ανάπτυξη, τον Ανθρώπινο Παράγοντα στη Διοίκηση και Καινοτομία, το Management Τουρισμού, τον Τουρισμό Υγείας και Ευεξίας, καθώς και τις Κλινικές Μελέτες.
