NKUA: The Top-Performing Greek Academic Institution According to U-Multirank

The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) has been recognized as the top-performing Greek academic institution according to the results of the U-Multirank university ranking.
For 2022, NKUA emerged as the highest-ranking Greek university in the U-Multirank, a global ranking initiative funded by the European Commission, co-financed by the Erasmus+ program, the Bertelsmann Foundation, and the Santander Group.
Another noteworthy distinction for NKUA is its inclusion of the largest number of scientists (1,440) among Greek universities in the ranking, with nine of them ranked among the top 1,000 researchers worldwide.
