Natalia Chatzifoti is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Tourism Studies of the University of Piraeus, specializing in Knowledge Management, Innovation Management, and Techno-Economic Analysis.

She holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus, an MBA in Business Administration – Total Quality Management, and a degree in Geology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

She has extensive academic and research experience, including teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervising postgraduate dissertations, and participating in numerous research projects.

Her academic work includes publications in international scientific journals, presentations at academic conferences, and chapters in edited volumes. In parallel, she has more than 20 years of professional and managerial experience, having held positions of responsibility in the planning and implementation of major scientific, research, and educational initiatives.

Her research interests focus on Knowledge and Innovation Management, Techno-Economic Analysis, Research & Development, the Human Factor in Management and Innovation, Tourism Management, Health and Wellness Tourism, and Clinical Studies.
