Natalia Chatzifoti holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the University of Piraeus, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and Frederick University (Cyprus).

She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA in Total Quality Management (MBA-TQM), and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from NKUA. Her research interests focus on Knowledge Management, Innovation Management, Technoeconomic Analysis, Research & Development, Tourism Management, Health and Wellness Tourism, and Clinical Studies.

Her publications include peer-reviewed articles in international academic journals such as Knowledge, Sustainability, Businesses, World, Quality Innovation Prosperity, and WIT Transactions on Ecology and the Environment, as well as presentations at international conferences including the ESMO Congress, WEAI Annual Conference, ICBAP, and ICWEEM. She has authored book chapters in honorary volumes and participates in scientific studies and research projects at the University of Piraeus and other institutions.

In parallel with her academic work, she has extensive experience in project management and in organizing research, educational, and communication programs in the field of oncology through her collaboration with the Hellenic Society of Medical Oncology (HeSMO) and the Women for Oncology Hellas (W4O Hellas) network, where she serves as Knowledge & Communication Manager.

She has contributed to the design and implementation of clinical study programs, educational initiatives, innovative prevention campaigns, and knowledge management projects in partnership with international organizations such as ASCO, ESMO, and the European Cancer Organisation.

In recent years, she has combined academic activity with applied research and consulting, with a particular emphasis on linking knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development.
